All Sales Are Final / No Refunds or Returns
All sales on pick packages (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Season, Full Season, etc.) are final. Once we provide information to a customer, the sale is final, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Guaranteed Monthly Package Refund
The only exception to the no refund policy is with the guaranteed monthly package. If you purchase the guaranteed monthly package and we are not profitable for that month, you can choose to receive either a free month or a refund.
The guarantee is strictly based on our plays and unit sizing. If you follow our releases and specified unit sizing, we guarantee a monthly profit as recorded in the bet tracker. If this guarantee is not met, you qualify for the ‘Money Back Guarantee’ or a free month.
Futures Bet Limitations
Please note that futures are only included in the sports-specific packages (NFL, NBA, NCAAB, etc) and the Gold Package. Futures wagers are not included in any weekly or monthly package.
If you purchase a Gold Package (full year), you will only receive futures for sports in which you have an active subscription for the duration of that season.
Subscription Termination
A subscriber’s subscription may be terminated without refund if:
- The subscriber threatens or harasses the Capper.
- The subscriber shares Capper content with non-paying customers.

Use of Data
By purchasing, you agree that the content of all emails is intended only for you. You may not sell, share, rent, or transfer this data. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of plays for the rest of the season without a refund.

Payment for any package on this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
