Cavs 1H -11 (2u)
Cavs -15.5 over Celtics (lean, no play)
These conference games have just been a joke and you really can’t handicap them. There is no value in taking a 15+ point favorite but the underdog is totally outclassed and if you take them you are just trying to hold on all game to barely stay inside the number and pray for a backdoor cover. The great part about betting is you don’t have to bet every night on games where you have no edge. There’s been no edge in most of these conference final games and I was tempted to just take off until the finals because why throw a dart and hope you win in garbage time which is basically what these games are. Lots are asking for my pick here it is. The Cavs are the better team and will win this game by as much as they want to. They’ve dominated the first half in all of these series and should come out angry and focused, so I like the first half minus the number. If Cleveland has a double digit lead at the half you can probably bet they will not take their foot off the gas like the other night. Cleveland had been coasting in these playoffs and I think that loss gives them their edge back. They definitely won’t take Boston lightly today and LeBron should have a monster game after coming out flat on Sunday and being heavily criticized all week. Cleveland is the far better team and still had a massive lead in Game 3, so they can clearly cover this spread as long as they decide they want to. I think LeBron will make up for his bad game and we will see a 20+ point Cleveland win which makes this pitiful series a wrap. Take the Cavs.
